Al Mare

The Carlton Tower Jumeirah

Al Mare, from the Italian “at the sea”, offers Mediterranean dishes in a comfortable modern setting. The dining area features an alfresco space with views of Cadogan Gardens. The light, contemporary cuisine features produce sourced from Italy and locally around London. Executive chef Marco Calenzo heads the kitchen after a move from Zuma.

Maru

Recently opened in the space previously occupied by Taka, Maru is an omakase-style concept restaurant featuring a sumptuous 20-course tasting menu. Led by executive chef Taiji Maruyama, the chef team serves drinks and dishes to guests personally, with just 10 bookings accepted per evening. The menu changes daily, with seasonal produce and Japanese-style dry-aged fish expected to feature heavily.

Nusr-Et Steakhouse

Knightsbridge

Turkish chef Nusret Gökçe is launching his first UK location after success with more than 10 steakhouses across the globe. Nusr-Et will open this summer at the Park Tower Hotel where guests can expect to see Tomahawk steak, roasted Asado short-rib and Turkish lokum on the menu.

Roketsu

With authentic Japanese flavours devised by chef Daisuke Hayashi, Roketsu will deliver Kaiseki, a multi-course dining experience, from late summer. Hayashi studied under seven Michelin-starred chef Yoshihiro Murata and will provide a modern and progressive take on Japanese cuisine. Roketsu will be the first restaurant to offer traditional Kaiseki in a permanent space in London, with the beautiful interior of the dining space designed in Japanese Sukiya style by master carpenter Sotoji Nahamura.
