Maintenance
By putting together a preventative Annual Property Maintenance Plan, we ensure that the property is well maintained during vacancy, and ready for occupation at all times. Weekly property inspections are done to not only check for issues, but also to uphold insurance clauses. We also oversee and arrange contractor visits such as electricians, plumbers, decorators, gardeners and more. Our Members benefit from negotiated and reduced rates via our contractors. An initial detailed report is produced where recommendations are proposed for the betterment of the estate such as solar panels, bore holes, generators, etc.
Security
We work with top end security firms that are able to provide patrolling of estates, as well as a 24-hour service including alarm response, bodyguarding and CCTV monitoring. We recommend and can oversee the following security procedures to be carried out: arrange a review of the security system, installation of CCTV, locks and alarms, installation of AiS approved safes for valuable items, provide security personnel for long or short term stays, undertake vetting and background checks of household staff and security training (physical and cyber).
Financial management
Running an estate requires a significant investment, and therefore it is essential to manage finances and budgets effectively as well as negotiate contracts. We produce monthly accounts and are able to forecast budgets for the year ahead.
Staff management
We recruit the finest professionals, determined on a case by case basis to confirm the number of staff required for a smooth running household. This includes but it is not limited to house-sitting couples, housekeepers, drivers, nannies, chefs, gardeners, security personnel and more. We can also assist with payroll services.
