We took over management of a 40 + bedrooms estate located in Surrey. Soon afterwards, an initial home inspection was carried out where multiple critical maintenance issues were found, not initially mentioned in the handover with previous agents. At this point we were advised the Principle will be arriving within the next 2 weeks. Thanks to relationships we have built over the years with industry standard contractors, priority appointments were given and we were able to resolve the problems before the arrival.
Essentially we made the estate habitable in 1.5 weeks. Our Member was delighted with what we were able to achieve. Issues rectified, though not limited to, are as followed:
- water ingress from terrace and roof repaired in four separate rooms
- heating (UFH) restored in various rooms caused by faulty home automation system
- heat pumps serviced and remedial repairs completed
- commercial cooker and fridge freezer serviced and remedial repairs completed
- laundry equipment serviced
- AC units checked
- supplied & replaced cartridges for several rigid taps
- MCC panel checked
- jet washing to decking and pathway done
- swimming pool serviced
- deep cleaning of the estate including exterior windows
- groceries sourced from our meat, fish and grocery suppliers
