Dosa

An immersive dining experience featuring a Korean-inspired tasting menu at an intimate chef’s table. Guests are invited to watch as artfully curated and prepared dishes integrate unique Korean traditions and techniques. Named after the Korean word for “expert,” Dosa offers just 14 guests the chance to experience Chef Back’s culinary journey.

Fonda

Santiago Lastra, the chef behind Kol, is getting ready to open his second Mexican restaurant
in London, this time showcasing regional Mexican cooking. Not actually named after an acting dynasty, a fonda is instead a name for a Mexican family-owned restaurant and this will be his interpretation of those transported to London. The restaurant will spread across two floors on lively Heddon Street.

Fantomas

Restaurant duo George Bukhov-Weinstein and Ilya Demichev appear to be vying for the title of busiest restaurateurs in London. Having only very recently opened the hugely successful Lita and with places like Goodman, Wild and Belvedere under their belts, just to name a few, they’re now getting ready to open Fantomas in Chelsea.

Three Darlings

This is one of a new wave of openings from Jason Atherton and his wife Irha (team behind City Social). This new restaurant will be an allday neighbourhood bistro, opening on Pavilion Road. It’s being billed as “English cuisine infused with European influences and healthy fare from around the world”.
