We specialise in the management of vacant, high-value properties, acting as a trusted representative on the ground and ensuring that every aspect of the home is proactively maintained.
Each residence is assigned a dedicated Client Manager who oversees luxury property management tasks such as:
- Regular, detailed property inspections
- Keyholding and security supervision
- Preventative maintenance and rapid issue resolution
- Co-ordination of housekeeping, landscaping, and specialist contractors
- Monitoring of utilities and essential home systems
- Household administration, including bill management and reporting
- Pre-arrival preparation, ensuring the home is ready at any time
Alongside the management of unoccupied residences, we continue to support clients globally with Concierge and logistical requirements, ensuring continuity across both property and lifestyle.
