We have witnessed a surge in the acceptance of decorative work recommendations and there has been a significant uptick in the demand for various projects. It has become increasingly common for contractors to offer discounts of 10-15% for comprehensive projects.  As a result, clients who put major works and upgrades on hold during the pandemic have begun to give their approvals once again. This has resulted in totalling up to £1 M of decorate works in the past year overall.

Our colleague, Reena Patel oversaw a meticulous £100,000 refurbishment at a 2-bedroom MAYFAIR property, delivering a fusion of technical precision and aesthetic enhancements for an American client. The project included new hardwood flooring, two redesigned bathrooms, upgraded cabinet doors, and modernized kitchen features like new taps, a wine cooler, and wine rack. Transitioning to energy-efficient LED spotlights and adding fans improved ambiance and comfort. Reena ensured overseeing of electrical and gas compliance checks for safety.
