Gloria Osteria, Dubai

This December, Gloria will open its golden doors at the Ritz Carlton DIFC, situated at
the heart of this vibrant metropolis. Velvet armchairs gathered around a glowing Giallo Siena marble bar, soaring windows, and a menu that makes the heart race, from seafood Wellington with monkfish and trout roe to indulgent cacio e pepe and pasta crowned with fresh Melanosporum truffle.

Jareed Samhan, Riyadh

Located within Bab Samhan, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Diriyah, Jareed Samhan celebrates the “depth and diversity of Saudi heritage through an elevated dining experience”. Each dish from Chef Saleh Aljabali highlights local ingredients and the process behind creating them. Expect to indulge in classics like muqalal, jareesh, matazeez, and kabsa, but with a twist. The design perfectly mirrors the culinary offering, blending heritage and contemporary sophistication.
