KOYN
At KOYN, contemporary Japanese cuisine is celebrated in modern surroundings. Lusin
Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin has created an exquisite menu of authentic Armenian dishes for Lusin, the fifth restaurant from Mira Foods. With the aim of celebrating traditional cuisine, Lusin’s extensive menu has been inspired by the Middle East and Levant. Signature dishes include cherry kebab, Armenian itch and Lavash-baked seabass.
 
Bacchanalia
Richard Caring’s new Mount Street restaurant will specialise in contemporary Mediterranean cuisine. Expect a dining room featuring impressive sculptures by Damien Hirst, along with a members’ area and a rock crystal bar. The menu will spotlight fresh seafood and regional ingredients through sharing plates and platters.
 
Mandarin Oriental
Mandarin Oriental will open its second London location this winter in Hanover Square. Chef Akira Back will draw from his travels to create a modern interpretation of Japanese cuisine. The Mandarin Oriental will also be home to Back’s ABar Lounge concept. Back’s first UK restaurant will join his portfolio of over 20 worldwide locations including Michelin-starred DOSA in Seoul.
 
Saltie Girl London
Saltie Girl will deliver a taste of Boston to Mayfair’s North Audley Street this November. The cult restaurant, best known for its incredible selection of tinned fish, will offer a menu of seafood with an American twist. Expect New England lobster roll, fried lobster and waffles, and clam chowder. Be sure not to miss the caviar-topped Martini at this stylish eatery.
