Downtown Dubai will become the Coco brand’s latest location, with
décor inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon and a view of the
Burj Khalifa. The menu will feature theatrical dishes with international
flavours, while the non-alcoholic bar will showcase innovative mocktails.
Nobu at Grand Wailea, Maui
This indoor-outdoor location opens this summer to celebrate some
of the restaurant concept’s signature dishes along with the sushi the
restaurant is celebrated for. Panoramic sea views and beautiful murals
will embrace the landscape of the Hawaiian island.
Nobu, New Cairo
New Cairo’s culinary scene will be enhanced by the opening of Nobu
Hotel and Restaurant. Expect to see some of the Japanese brand’s most
popular dishes on the menu along with new surprises.

Simon Rogan’s 12-seat Chef’s Table will be opening in a new
location in 2025, offering diners the chance to sample the
development kitchen’s tasting menu which is plated and
finished at the table.

GAIA will make its US debut with an outpost in Miami this
