22 Bishopsgate Gordon Ramsay
Gordon Ramsay’s newest culinary venture at 22 Bishopsgate, London, set to open on February 4, 2025, redefines luxury dining. Located on the 60th floor of the tallest office building in London, this project includes multiple highend dining concepts, each with breathtaking panoramic views of the city.
Le Caprice
Le Caprice, a legendary London institution once known for its celebrity clientele and quintessentially British menu, is set to reopen in 2025 at the luxurious Chancery Rosewood Hotel in Mayfair. Richard Caring, the owner of the Le Caprice brand, plans to revive the classic restaurant with a modern twist. The new venue will span over two levels, offering a spacious main dining area, a terrace with seating for 88, and an exclusive private dining room.
Carbone
Carbone, the iconic New York-based restaurant known for its upscale take on classic Italian-American dining, is set to open its first European location in London in 2025. Located at 30 Grosvenor Square, within the new Rosewood Chancery hotel (in the former US embassy), Carbone London will bring its signature “red sauce” dishes, such as spicy rigatoni vodka and veal parm, to the city’s gastronomic scene.
La Mome
La Môme, a renowned French Riviera hotspot, is set to open its first London location in January 2025 at The Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge. Created by the Lecorché brothers, Ugo and Antoine, La Môme is famous for its glamorous atmosphere, Mediterraneaninspired cuisine, and theatrical service. The London branch will offer a vibrant dining experience, much like its counterparts in Cannes and Monte Carlo, with a menu focusing on Provencal and Italian dishes.
