Pavyllon Dubai by Yannick Alléno, Dubai
Chef Yannick Alléno brings his Michelin-starred concept Pavyllon to Dubai, marking the brand’s Middle Eastern debut at the upcoming Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai. Parisian designer Chahan Minassian will shape the interiors with lacquered panelling, mohair velvets, woven silks, and hand-blown Murano chandeliers, creating a refined yet inviting setting for breakfast, business lunches, and evening gatherings.
Sant Ambroeus, Los Angeles
The celebrity-favourite Italian institution will open its West Coast flagship in Beverly Hills in 2026, just a block from Rodeo Drive. The largest Sant Ambroeus location to date, the standalone building will feature an expansive indoor dining room, patio, two bars, a private dining room, and a dedicated coffee bar serving espresso and pastries.
Trèsind London, London
From Citadel Hospitality, Trèsind is set to open in 2025, offering a dining experience where generational recipes tell stories and each visit becomes a journey through cultures and time-honoured flavours. Located at Al Fattan Currency House, the restaurant celebrates the evolution of global dining, blending nostalgic influences with unexpected flavour combinations.
Coreus by Clare Smyth, London
Opening in 2026 at the Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch, Coreus by Clare Smyth will debut alongside Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud. Together, the two globally acclaimed chefs—whose restaurants collectively hold seven Michelin stars—will define a new era of culinary excellence for the Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand in the heart of London.
