RESTAURANTS TO LOOK OUT FOR – Q4

As we enter the final quarter of the year, a number of highly anticipated restaurant openings are capturing global attention. From bold new concepts by celebrated chefs to intimate fine dining destinations in sought-after cities, these venues promise to define the next chapter in international gastronomy.

Em Sherif Sea Café, Riyadh
Nestled in Leysan Valley, Em Sherif Sea Café presents authentic Lebanese cuisine with a contemporary twist. Each ingredient is carefully curated — from the freshest produce to the finest cuts of meat — to deliver a menu that surprises and delights with its creativity. Guests can indulge in an extensive selection of seafood and traditional cold and hot mezze, with standout dishes including the renowned fresh Lebanese Tabbouleh in three distinctive variations and the signature creamy hummus topped with roasted pine nuts. With successful locations already in Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, and Doha, Em Sherif Sea Café continues to expand its legacy of refined Levantine dining.

Uncut, Dubai
Set to open in 2025, Uncut by Citadel Hospitality promises an evocative dining experience where heritage recipes meet modern innovation. Located in Al Fattan Currency House, the restaurant celebrates the evolution of global cuisine, merging cultural influences and time-honoured flavours to create dishes that are both nostalgic and daringly inventive. Each plate at Uncut tells a story — a journey through generations and across continents.

Berenjak, Los Angeles
London’s acclaimed Iranian restaurant Berenjak is set to make its U.S. debut at Soho Warehouse in Los Angeles’s Arts District this September. This marks the first publicly accessible location for the brand in the United States, following its exclusive presence at the members-only Dumbo House. The opening is a collaboration between Soho House and JKS Restaurants — the group behind the two-Michelin-starred Gymkhana. Expect vibrant Persian flavours, bold spices, and a communal dining atmosphere that has made Berenjak a London favourite.

La Maison Ani, Riyadh
Inspired by a French love story, La Maison Ani arrives in Riyadh to share a culinary journey that began with a simple ritual — a fresh baguette, a morning walk, and a serendipitous encounter that led Chef Izu Ani to both love and inspiration. From the quiet streets of France to the lively heart of Riyadh, this restaurant celebrates the art of connection through food. With its French-Mediterranean menu, elegant design, and warm hospitality, La Maison Ani captures the essence of simplicity, romance, and refinement.
