Tables To Watch – Q4 2026
Looking ahead, a new generation of restaurants is set to bring celebrated chefs, distinctive concepts and exceptionally designed spaces to some of the world’s most sought-after dining destinations.
La Maison Ani, Riyadh – opening autumn
Chef Izu Ani’s elegant French-Mediterranean restaurant La Maison Ani is set to make its Saudi Arabian debut. This sophisticated dining destination will combine polished interiors and warm hospitality with a menu inspired by the flavours and rituals of France and the Mediterranean.
ENDO, Chelsea – opening October
ENDO will mark the next chapter for celebrated sushi master Endo Kazutoshi with an intimate ten-seat omakase restaurant. The experience centres on a 200-year-old Kyoto hinoki counter, exceptional seasonal ingredients and the theatre of dining directly in front of the chef.
Coreus by Clare Smyth, Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch – opening autumn
The chef behind three-Michelin-starred Core is bringing a new restaurant concept to London. Coreus will focus on the finest seasonal produce from Britain’s coastline, offering a more seafood-led expression of Smyth’s cooking.
Atelier Kū, Dubai – opening December
Set to open in December on the 15th floor of Emirates Financial Towers, Atelier Kū is conceived as a sophisticated fusion of haute cuisine, cocktails and high-fidelity sound. The 45-seat restaurant will offer 180-degree views, while an adjoining Hi-Fi bar creates a more intimate late-night setting centred around vinyl and live sound.
